Leadership for Service

Leadership for Service (L4S) is HOBY’s national community service program, encouraging every young person to make a difference in their community through service.  By engaging in community service, young leaders can develop a further understanding of leadership and create a positive change in their home towns.  Young leaders who participate in L4S help spread awareness that each individual can have an impact, and that every act of service is significant.  Additionally, by participating in service events these young leaders develop a greater sense of awareness, and enhance their problem solving abilities.
